Exportable Leather

Types & Finishes (Article-Wise):

In addition to raw and semi-finished skins, our tannery specializes in a wide range of finished
and specialty leathers that are widely traded in international markets. These articles are
developed to meet fashion, footwear, upholstery, automotive, and industrial requirements.

1. Suede Leather: Suede leather is produced by buffing or sanding the flesh side of the skin to
create a soft, velvety surface.
2. Nubuck Leather: Nubuck is a top-grain leather lightly buffed on the grain side for a premium
texture.
3. Nappa Leather: Nappa is a full-grain, chrome-tanned leather known for its exceptional
softness and smoothness.
4. Buff Leather: Buff leather is generally produced from buffalo hide, offering strength and
durability with a distinctive grain.
5. Milled Leather: Milled leather is processed in rotating drums to enhance softness and
develop a natural pebbled grain.
6. Crushed Leather: Crushed leather undergoes a mechanical crushing process to achieve a
wrinkled, distressed appearance.
7. Dyed Leather: Dyed leather is colored using advanced dyeing techniques to ensure depth,
uniformity, and color fastness.
8. Rubber-Finished Leather: Rubber-finished leather features a coated surface for enhanced
resistance and grip.
9. Corrected Grain Leather: This leather undergoes surface correction to remove natural
imperfections and achieve uniformity.
10. Full-Grain Leather: Full-grain leather retains the natural grain layer without sanding or
correction.
11. Top-Grain Leather: Top-grain leather is lightly sanded for a refined and uniform
appearance.
12. Split Leather: Split leather is obtained from the lower layers of the hide and can be finished
or coated.
13. Aniline Leather: It is dyed exclusively with soluble aniline dyes, without heavy surface
coatings or pigments, allowing the natural grain and characteristics of the skin to remain fully
visible
14. Pure Aniline Leather: No protective coating; maximum natural look and softness
15. Semi-Aniline Leather: Light protective finish for added durability while retaining a natural
appearance
16. Vegetable-Tanned Leather: Vegetable tanning uses natural tannins for an eco-friendly and
traditional finish.
17. Chrome-Tanned Leather: Chrome tanning is the most common method for producing soft
and durable leather.
18. Embossed Leather: Embossed leather is patterned under heat and pressure to create
decorative designs.
